Mindfully move with deep awareness & with a level of consciousness in the poses as well as the moments between the poses. Using breath, we can open ourselves to our body’s innate intelligence. Your brain’s ability to co-ordinate muscles & movement with ease & heighten sensory awareness. Every practice concludes in the beautiful space of Savasana.
